Workshops are relaxed and what we ask is that you wear practical clothing, so solid footwear, waterproofs and warm layers for the Scottish weather. Please bring drinks and snacks with you and any medication that you might need. You're welcome to ask any questions you would like and I would encourage you to do so either in the group or as I come around.
